I was just wandering wgat does Kholrabi taste like? thanks for any thoughts

It tastes like kohlrabi hehe, fairly unique flavor kind of like a turnip but different with a little spiciness. Its crispy similar to a radish (but much milder) when you eat it raw, Ive never cooked it before but some people do.

I would walk a mile for a chance to eat a Kholrabi. I only wish I could grow them. All I get are stalks and no bulbs. Someone once said that my garden is to high in nitrogen which could be true since my rabbits produce a lot of manue that goes onto the garden. This year, I finally sent out for a soil test, especially for my pumpkins. Frank of Iowa
