Subject: Pumpkin Splitting open

Two of my AG pumpkins at Fist size have broke open, or split open some! I have a few more on the vine that are smaller then a fist but what can I do so they won't? Am I wattering to much?

You might try reducing water until the fruit reaches basketball size. But AGs can explode most anytime if they're in the mood. Shading is helpful too.

better your baseball size AG than my 150 pounder. At least you still have some more chances. Maybe next year I'll know what I'm doing!
