I have a 100 foot roll of 11 foot wide roll of Covertran Pro row cover and have been using the first 10 feet to cover my pumpkin plant to keep insects out. What is a quick, easy, and effective way to splice sections together to get a larger width?
I thought of sewing but do not have a sewing machine so this would be very tedious and time-consuming. Any suggestions are welcome.

You could everlap the edges and use contact cement or some similar glue. I also think I saw a weather resistant duct tape at Lowes once.

velcro they sell the type that sticks right on mabye that would work for you purpose its non permanant and row covers can be shaped to your needs when the time comes. But the craft stores also sell no sew a type of glue that holds fabric together without selling we used hot glue gun but it did not work well lol.I just thought of velcro because then the shape or width is not permanant since we use the row covers for so much.

Curvy, have you tried the no sew glue? I think the row cover is a polypropylene spunbonded weave.

i have used the no sew stuff on my sons halloween costumes as i am a shame to all females i have no idea how to sew lol the no sew stuff has held the costumes together no matter what my child has thrown at it. Never used it on row covers, We have done the whole hot glue experiment but now have resorted to holding are row covers together with zip ties as we now use all row covers for shade covers.
