just a quick question...I have three plants and the are overtaking the garden like crazy...i already have about 5 fruits set...but is it ok to trim off the vines with nothing important growing on them ? and if so just a take it easy on the pruning and not do it all at once...thanks

the quicker you start, the more you will save yourself in the long run. I'd do a little each day, planning to have it mostly completed over a 4 or 5 day span. i guess it depends on how much you need to prune. Looks like you're only about 20 minutes from Rocky Rockwell. Might want to see if you could visit him sometime to see how an established grower prunes his vines if you haven't toured anyone elses patch yet.
