Real quick question, the past 8 pumkins that I pollinated have aborted. I have start letting the bees do thier job and still getting aborts. I have about 20 pumkins on plant and it seems as soon as the kin hits 20 inches they abort. Weather is good, not fertilizing moderate watering. Night kinda of cool 65 degrees. This plant is real close to getting w/ round up. HELP any sugestions would be appreciated.

High P can cause that. If you're using anything like a 15-30-15 or 10-52-10, stop and switch to something more like a 20-20-20 or something higher in K, the last number. But only slightly higher. Then spray your leaves twice a day with a very dilute solution of seaweed, seaweed helps plants set buds, blossoms and fruit.

Redddd I really dont' know what's going on with your plants. Are the plants really small? If you have that many females blooming, I'm assuming they're not small plants. Too much N maybe?
Jack I thought that P helped females form, doesn't it? But then after fruit set, the extra P can cause aborts? Weird.
