I know Miracle grow sells one for in-line on your garden hose. If you are pumping water to your patch, simply cut a "T" into the line on the suction side of the pump. Then put a 1/2" valve(and a short piece of hose) at the "T". You can then siphon fertilizer, or whatever from a 5 gallon bucket.Make sure to shut off 1/2" valve before it begins sucking air, which could harm your pump.

Try this site.

If this site doesn't have everything you need try this other site which is Charleys Greenhouse Supply Co. In the search box just type in the item you are looking for and search for that product.

I might add that the siphon mixer from Miracle grow uses only like an 1/8" rubber hose for suction. Doesn't seem very efficient when your feeding plants this big.

i have the miracle grow siphon mixer, and it does....kind of work. i dont really use it much anymore. its very tempermental. there has to be enough outward flow for the mixer to "suck". so if you use a hose, and you're not at full blast, it might not accuratly mix the fertlizer amounts you're looking for. you really need to experiment with it. personally, i'd rather mix up a batch in a 55 gallon drum, and use a pond pump to fertilize my plants. that way i KNOW how much they are getting. The siphon mixer, while occasionally working, i never knew if the proportions were correct.
