Well I put my pumpkins in the ground under a hoop house and they were doing great except for when a big wind came and the hoop house flew and colapsed on to about 4 plants killing three the one i sezed the stem togetherand coverd it with dirt it repaired its self except for i have a grower in my area curvy one I am also growing ag maybe I can drive over to your house and see what you have so far . ok bye.
