Subject:  patch for 2 plants

my patch is 18 ft by 24 ft. The 24 ft length runs north-south. I was playing with the idea of running vines east west and get two plants in if I did the flag pattern on both going opposite. Is this ok? Any better way? Thanks in advance.

Tough call. Flag pattern may work for you however I've never tried it. I have roughly 850 sq. ft. and have a tough time with 2 plants. Perhaps start 2 and cull down to one once you have picked your favorite. Start them on opposite corners of the patch and go from there. Best of luck.
