Came across this when looking for info on back pain. ( Thats google for ya.) If you have ever understood the primitive desire to be motionless (hide under sheets or something) then thats one response to fear. This is a different, more active response to fear, where increased awareness is biomechanically linked to the diffusion of fear. Thought it was good stuff.
Now, back to researching the other stuff.

And, a much different take, Jesus had quite a lot to say about anxiety. Book of Mathew, (there's a lot more than just this): “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
I never took this too seriously before, but lately Ive been reconsidering the depth of my faith and I think it gets into very interesting territory to consider this on par with commandment.

Some Christian theology considerations: If we spend too much time worrying, we become spiritually lost, even to a degree on par any other sin...? It also helps to observe the Sabbath as a day where we dont carry all the usual burdens. Otherwise, worries can simply accumulate. Our energy is better spent solving problems than bearing burdens.
