Regular old oats not even organic... an increase of 30-40 percent in the past six months... someone is making money. I dont know if its the grocery store, the distributor, the processor, or the farmer, the oil and tractor companies, or the nations that export phosphorous. But someone's hand is in the oatmeal cookie jar... :)

I purchase Australian grown oats here in Manila. And they remain fairly cheap. American & Canadian oats are sprayed with glyphosate days before harvest so they will dry out & be easier to harvest. I stay away from anything sprayed with Roundup, for health reasons.

You'd think the FDA here would protect consumers. Yeah, I'd pay $11 for glyphosate free oats. Hint, hint, Pepsi.
