Nice to see they arent all going to waste. (Lots will though I'm sure.) I didnt see any salvaging in Oregon.

Luke, responsible land owners are harvesting the timber that can be salvaged and State owned harvestable trees will also be processed.

It's been raining heavily so that's the main problem with salvaging in Oregon right now. Roads will washout easier and soil erosion is probably already quite bad in the burned areas with logging it would only get worse. It's a summer project at best.
