So in a bid to not do a bunch of math this up coming season, are the 20-25 dollar garden hose flow meters any count? Any positive or negative experiences out there?

I’ve had good luck with them. If they stop working it is usually a small rock or something jamming the spinner inside. Clean it out and your good to go.

I use a $15.00 hose end flow meter, Ace Hardware brand, and it works just fine even on my drip system it seems to be accurate at low flow.
