Ya right i wish.. But this weather is crazy for almost being Jan
today here in Kitchener Ontario its +11 outside almost T-shirt weather went out to the patch today and its MUDDY so i planted my cover crop its suppose to be in the high 10's all week so maybe my covercrop may have a chance to take afterall dave

It's supposed to be 55 here tomorrow (12 or 13 C). All the snow we had earlier is just about gone.

Do what you think you can get away with! My cover is a little behind schedule but the snow went away. I took advantage of the Christmas Day fifty five degree beautiful weather to apply a very lite mulch, of leaf dust, to the patch. Leaf dust = very finely ground nearly dust leaves.
Think of this being an inner liner between the garden pot and the lid which will likely be significant inches of snow shortly. My patch said, "thank you".

The rain washed away the snow, temp.went to 49 so I said Ill get the soil sample I diden't get earlyer.Ya right almost broke the shovel. George
