I'm trying to find good instructions for building my own brewmachine. Can anyone provide directions or insight. I have 6, 45 gallon plastic drums to work with. I'm curious as to the correct size of water quantity and compost materials required. I can purchase air bubblers but what size? Are there any additives that could be added to enhance the mix.

RULE ONE .
SIMPLE..........................
IF IT BREAKS WHILE YOUR AT NIAGRA FALLS/ETC,,,
YOU DONT WANT A NASTY MESS.
APPLY MURPHYS SAFTEY RULES TO EVERY PART OF THE OPERATION.

SMALL AQUARIUM AIR PUMPS ARE BEST.
USE THIER UNDERGROUND FILTER LOGIC TO BRING FLOW UP TO THE TOP.U CAN USE AIR PUMPS TO DO THIS!

IF YOU HAVE A GOOD SUPPLY OF VEGGY GARBAGE USE A BARREL FOR THAT.
ADD RED WIGGLER WORMS.
RED WIGGLERS-VANCE SAFFELS ENGLEWOOD TENNESSEE.
KEEP THIS TANK AIRED AND SEMI DRY.
THE WORMS NEED AIR ALSO.

IF YOU USE EATEN FOOD THEN YOU MIGHT PASS PEOPLE NASTIES
TO YOU OR YOURS....

RESTURANTS/FOOD SUPPLYS ARE GREAT PLACES TO GET CLEAN GARBAGE.
SHOW THEM A PUMPKIN OR PIC AND WATCH HOW FAST U GET YOUR OWN GARBAGE BIN! NOTHING BUT FRESH GARGBAGE!
EVERY SO OFTEN YOU CAN FLOW NON CLORINE WATER INTO THIS,, AND LET IT SET AND BUBBLE.
WORMS COME TO TOP. HAVE A ROUND UP!
THIS CAN BE PUSHED OR PULLED TO THE NEXT TANK.
IM SURE THERE ARE MANY "STAGES" THAT YOU CAN INCLUDE....
MAYBE GROW KELP? LOL,,,,KEEP IT SIMPLE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

WRAP THE TANKS IN INSULATION TO KEEP THE ACTION GOING.
PUT ON TOP OF INSUL BOARD TO KEEP FROST OUT.

Dear Dirt Doctor, Howard Garrett, Univ. of Texas Press. $14.95 available on line direct or Amazon.Com gives simple easy to understand directions for this and other organic principles. The best book of its type I have found.

MCPUMPKIN & docgipe. Thanks for the reply. I ordered my copy from Amazon last week. They now have stock. I rushed it in for this week. Shipping was more than double the cost of the book. Also the restaurant food source was a great idea. I have a very close relationship with the owners of a local eatery in town and I never even thought of it as a compost source. Contacts are a wonderfull thing. This week I hooked up with a farm/hareware store owner for organic supplies. Building up my support base has been a challenge.
Consumer products are very costly and not usually as good. I can use all the help I can get. Hoping to meet you all at Niagara Falls next year if possible. Once again thanks for all the help.
