Lord Hoss what kind of gains you getting that you are 500 lbs ahead of last years pumpkin. that one was good, you diary shows
day 20- 125 lbs
day 30- 450 lbs
day 42- 887 lbs.
you must have a monster this year

Ok Huff Im 500 lbs ahead day to day July 29th to July 29th. You have to figure This pumpkin will get a longer season & really a lot more time at the big peak stage.I had this discussion with Chris Kent.I feel an early jump gives you 20 more days of peak growth.I think some are thinking its tail end growth which would be like 5 lbs a day.Time will tell but Dolly is over 800 lbs today.Jackson Reed was 304 pds 1 year ago.

Another factor Jackson Reeds #s wernt real as he was 10% light.The 1161 was known to go light the majority of the time.This 1067.5 Kent has grown 14% to 25% over the chart.Im hopefull my air bubble days are over.lol.Anything can happen its a long ways to weigh-off.Im not superstitious,but if I was I couldnt get much done cause my fingers would be constantly crossed.lol I think this DAP comparing doesnt carry a lot of weight as a final gauge.Some kins start slow & some fast.Its there overall performance that matters.Kinda like the melon guys measuring there melons when there little thinking that has a bearing on there final weight.It dont.Its silly!
