Been trying to brew some compost tea and I'm having a little trouble I use a 5 gallon bucket with compost in a stocking ..two tablespoons of unsufered molasses ....little seaweed and a little fish fish let it bubble for 24 to 36 hours and I'm getting no froth on top any ideas and is it still beneficial to use? I tried one pump with one bubble stone and two pumps with 3 bubble stones any feedback is greatly appriciated .....thanks

I don't put anything in it until I'm ready to apply it and seems to do fine. Also, I use 1/2ozmolasses/gallon of water. Just me maybe one of the experts has some more info.

I think what you have got going sounds good. You just need enough air moving through to make the top of the water look like it is "boiling." I usually wait to add fish until the very end because of the smell.
