can i apply fish emulsion on the leaves when the wheather it's a few days cloudy and temps are down or will it burn the leaves anyway?

you should be able to apply on any day as long as you don't over do it with to much fert in your water. I have misters and have never had burn problems on hot or cold days with it. Just once I put on too much fish and seaweed and got some small burns. easy does it and you'll be fine.

Agreed from KC. Very hot here last few weeks, I apply once per week, just a little more diluted early in the morning and no burn problems

Agreed here too. Mine goes on very very light application ten minutes daily or one third teaspoon total product each day over the whole 1000 sq. feet patch through the misters. ...I prefer only one and a half tablespoons product use per gallon and about two gallons going on the patch weekly. ...If you use kelp you may alternate or mix the two at about this same strength reducing each so that the total is about the same. Slight differences will not make any differences with these two products at low rate of application.
