I got some fish poo that came from a hatchery. I am wondering how to dilute it to use it on my garden. any suggestions?

how would it be used in a fertilizer injector or can it only be tilled in?

Fish emulsion can be used in a fertilizer injector but not fish manure...it would clog it up.

When I get fish manure...I till it in...it is very much like worm crap...just a little bigger size!!
