I have been a fan of foliar feeding for a while, but I think I found a way for us to utilize it much more efficiently. What most people do is apply it to the top of the leaves, but think about whats wrong with this. Most of the leaves stoma (openings in leaves that lets CO2 and foliar fertilizer in) are located on the bottom of the leaf. So I was thinking, shouldn't we apply it to the tops and bottoms of the leaves? I think this should really give our plants a boost.

It would be hard to avoid the tops but there is little to gain by spraying the tops. Anything systemic (whether fungicides, insecticides or fertilizer) is best applied to the bottoms.
