I know that some of us use coffee grounds, but as I was making my sweet tea tonight ( and you know us country boys got to have our sweet tea.) I was wondering could you use them in the patch and compost, also if any one has how did they do and how are they on the ph scale and nutrient scale. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The major issue is worm feed......Once through the worm you have casts "man's highest quality soil ammendment and organic fertilizer".
Anyone who tries to put math to the equasion is simply making small talk.
They will lay on the soil until they become eaten or converted by the soil biology. The same is true in or on the compost pile. You are looking for the finished compost not a numerical value at some point along the way.

We feed our worms all of our tea bags after we make a cup of tea. I raise compost worms in containers.
