We had 5 inches rain here last week calling for 2-3 more next few days. My question is this, I am feeding weekly with nutr-aide-fish-sea weed, with so much rain do I need to follow the same schedule or with all the rain does it cause a increased leeching affect if so should I feed more often?

Wait until the rain stops. Apply your spray at the proper rate, allow to dry overnight and apply again in another 4-5 days at the same rate. That should get you back on track. After that return to your weekly feeding. The roots will pick up whats leached into the soil. Hope you get some much needed sun.
Good luck!
