I have been seeing this in local nurseries/greenhouses and wondered if anybody had used it? The following link gives info on the ingredients, and suggests that you could make your own. My guess is that making it yourself would be better, but still I wondered if anybody had ever used the prepackaged stuff?

Jessica..............I use it all the time with modest changes now and again. Good stuff. Make your own and toss a bit of your own garden soil in the mix. Watered down three to five to one it is great for house plants. House plants have a slow growth period from the middle of December through Februrary. It's the plant rest period during which they should not be fertilized much if any.

Many may not know the president of the United States or where he hangs out.. but hardly any organic gardeners would not know the Texan Garrett, his philosophy and products....which he also shows us how to make and use.
The gentleman is a prince among writers and growers. Common jealosy is the only negative I have seen and that was from others he outshines, out talks and yes indeed outgrows. His books are almost all on Amazon.com for less than ten bucks in the used or slightly damaged condition. They are what I buy. I have never been sent less than a fine book with minor damage. Most of his works are published by the Texas University Press.
