My soil analysis stated that the patch was low in K. My pumpkins are 10 days and less days along. Should I use the Tomato Miracle gro that is higher in potassium right now in my drench? I have some 5-10-40 on order for later in the season.

yes, use the miracle grow for tomatos. there are a number of growers who use it and have had success with it.
