I have had a run with a pack of AG from a seed pack I got at the nursery and I am hooked, but I need some better genes. I know to come to this website and that is about it. If anyone has something big for me so I can WOW my neighbors please send me an email. I am headed out tomorrow to get manure to start prepping for next year. I want some winners. I'm not looking for shape or color, just some big ones.

Always be aware that 1500+ genetics are contained in so many seeds, even in seeds of some 100 - 300 lb pumpkins, because it´s genetics, not the weight of the last fruit that matters. There are so many growers (newbies, good growers with a bad luck season, growers who have grown a 2nd fruit for genetics reasons etc.) who have grown awesome genetics and made great crosses, and just weather and other conditions caused the fruit to stay rather small, but the genetics is still awesome. Wait for another one or two months, you will certainly find great offers from growers right here in the seed exchange section of the message board.

Big D watch diaries for pumpkin results.Theyll be pictures of the fruit and you can get a idea of weights,shapes and color. The seed from 2019 fruit will generally be dried by early december. You can contact those growers by getting their email off their diary page. The top 20 pumpkins have the most interest seed wise starting with #1.Plenty of great genetics just for asking and paying postage. Most of the top 100 fruit this year will have 2000lb plus potential.
