First off, I know I have a problem. I'm thinking a possible Mn deficiency at this point, although I would be interested in also seeing some soil tests from folks that are getting high seed counts. That said......
My 1624 had about 80 good looking seeds in it. We'll see if that count changes after a few days of drying (it never gets better, lol). So - for those that really want to plant it, I'll hopefully be able to accommodate those as well as the auctions. It was a special plant and I'm glad I self pollinated it.
The 1742 seeds can be considered out. I have a some here for only a few of the clubs, those who have already contacted me, and a couple to be grown next year by folks that probably know who they are.
The 1826 seeds are *almost* out. Club requests should be good for this winter.
Anyone that had issues germinating the 1971 and wants more seeds, just let me know. Due to the way the seeds were recovered it seems about a third don't germinate, and of those that do, half are pretty weak. I think it still has some potential, and there should be enough seeds left here to get some grown.
