Hmmm, I live in Poland and I got 3 bubble envelopes from US and Canada in last few months and none of them cost more than $6. I don't have envelope from US but I think it was $5.20 or $5.40. Canada to Poland (air mail) was exactly 5.90 CND$.

I was curious if there is a difference between shipping cost to Germany and Poland but "Postage Price Calculator" on USPS website says it's the same: %5.10 for 100g envelope (First-Class Mail® International Large Envelope). $13.50 is rather price for small package (First-Class Package International Service).

I sent seeds to Poland bout a month ago and it cost $6.20 for a large bubble with 320 melon seeds in it as long as they can run it through the auto stamper so it has to be flexible and flat . Not all bunched up on one end,

If I ship a lot of seeds I use a flat rate box. shipped tomato and watermelon seeds for 4H kids in Hilo, HI was $6 something no stamper or rollers. from Indiana.
