I have received many emails asking if they can participate in the 2014 seed exchange program and the answer is yes! Great seeds of all types are being sent in and will be sent out to you come January! Tomato seeds are a big donation this year but peppers, okra, radishes, beets and all kinds of giant vegetables are and will be sent. Please ship your seeds to us as soon as possible but no later than December 30th. We will send you the seeds from 49 other growers to challenge you to try something new! Read past postings and you will see that there will be many wonderful seeds for you and your children to try and enjoy!

At the end of last season we talked about the continuation of the seed exchange where you send your finest and receive seeds from 49 other growers. This is for you to consider. If you are sending seeds from Giant Cantaloupe please send 5-7 seeds per seed packet with 50 seed packets to go to 50 growers! If you are sending seeds from an Alantic Giant then 1-2 per seed packet. Whatever you send please label each seed packet with the contents.
First off we will allow for 50 people. Each person in the exchange should send 50 pre-packed plastic (available at Walmart 100 small sealable envelopes for $1.29) envelopes labeled with size your name and type of seeds. You must also send $6.00 to cover postage, and envelope to mail the seeds to you. Upon receiving your seeds and $6.00 I will email you and this is your acknowledgement that you are in the seed exchange. No email, I never got your seeds. Europe and other countries take 21 to 30 days to reach America! The envelope that includes your 50 packages must have a letter inside with your name, address, city, state or country and your email address! Any Questions ask them here! I have the time and I love getting all the unique seeds from gardeners everywhere! This has always been fun and I trust the fun will continue. So when you harvest this fall please remember to harvest sufficient to join in the latest seed exchange. Express your interest here. We will organize and accept entry's from October till end of Dec. 10/5/2014 9:42:08 PM Pumpkin Farm Going Green My wife Patricia and I are waiting on your seeds for the seed exchange. Mail them to Phil and Pat wellington, 13253 Otten Ave, Cole Camp, Mo. 65325 and email me at wellingtonphil@yahoo.com with any questions. Send your 50 packs of seed which must be labeled as to size and fruit along with year and enclosed $6.00 for the other 49 packs of seeds to be shipped to you in January!
