The 2009??? Check out the GPC list and/or the pumpkinfanatic link http://tools.pumpkinfanatic.com/ for the 2009 Wallace, 1623.5 Wallace and 1104 Wallace. Then have a look at the average performance of those three seeds. Currently it looks like the 1623.5 and 1104 aren´t worse than the 2009, they just haven´t been planted as frequently as the 2009.
...ooops, did I tell any secrets?

Actually the 1623.5 was planted by quite a few growers but seemes to be prone to splitting. I know of at least 6 of them that were doing very well and then blew up.

Hi Captain 97, that´s highly interesting you noticed that, because I´ve only looked at the GPC list, but most of the split ones don´t appear among the DMG, of course. Could you please post the names of the diaries where you found the split 1623.5s, I´m interested in finding out if they died for the same (or similar) reason...same kind of splits, or if they developed completely different splits (BES, stem split, pin hole in Dill ring, hole through a soft spot etc.). Thanks heaps in advance.

My 1623 split in July. It was going to be my biggest ever.
