Once in a while I have not had any male flowers and I really don't live close to any growers. So I am wondering if any one has had any luck scaping pollen from the male flowers and freezing it for later use. thanks Kathy

I have asked the same question before, and never really got a definitive answer, I think you should be able to ,but only with liquid nitrogen. If they can freeze human embryo's and semen, I can't see pollen being a problem.Saving pollen from a super seed ,may become a reality. Terry

You can store pollen in the fridge from flowers that open one day early for big event.Theres been attempts to freeze in liquid nitrogen with poor results
