Bad form in my eyes, Trade them by all means, but selling them does not sit well with me.

If I were you I'd keep the 1140 that you paid for that way when the other 1140 fails too germinate you will have a back up(not saying it will play out like that!) as for the others I dont care if you sell em or trade them I see no harm in selling seeds. But me I would not buy seeds from someone I dont know really well,,

I see no harm in selling seeds that you paid for. I have a problem only when people ask a grower for seeds and then sell or trade them. But in this instance, you paid for them at an auction which helped a club. What you do with those seeds is your business.

What is wrong with trading seeds that were given to you? They will see dirt & help put that growers seed on the Map.

if a grower was nice enough to GIVE you a seed or two,and if you are not going to use those seeds, then they should be given away or traded not sold., if you purchased seeds in an auction, i think its up to that person to do what he or she wishes with them, but if you do not know the grower who is selling them, you might be taking a chance on those seeds... nothing wrong with trading seeds, this is what keeps the hobby fun! its good that MR.T. posted where he purchased the seeds , at least we have proof where the seeds came from..... scott...... ps keep the seeds for back -ups!!!!!!!

Hi Donkin
Yes I will Include the 1140 and take a chance. I just think my money could go to improving my soil, giving me a better chance with any seed that does germinate.
HHG there is never issue in trading. But it does get a little grey when selling.
PHil D. I understand your feeling but I feel that since I paid for them that I sould be able to resell them. and as you see I'm willing to lose money. But I hope come weigh off we both have a good one and no hard feelings.
I have a buyer already but I will not disclose his name
