Joe has been very generous the past few years. I actually contacted him last year when I wanted to grow the 1231 myself. He was out of the 1231. Luckily, another very generous grower gave me the seed and asked nothing in return. Now, I'm just trying to return the favor.

Jeremy, hope you find one, I still think there is many 1231's out there yet to grow. Joe always said he felt that 1231 is just as good as his 998 , its grown a 1400 plus and alot of 1300 and 1200 lb pumpkins I see.
