I think it was a poor choice to put them in such large containers. Originally I wanted to ensure I wasn't constantly repotting them and disturbing the roots, but the heat mat is struggling to keep all the soil at a consistently warm temperature. The blankets help reduce heat dissipation, but now I know for next time.
