Fan Issue (GFCI Problem)
It is important to continually check and recheck all of the systems in place to make sure everything is working properly. Over the last two mornings despite it being hot out and the vents opening, the fan was not. I did reset the ground fault, and it did come on and off as expected for the day, but the following morning, same thing, vents open (indicating the thermostat was working) but no fan.
So, this fix was simple… buy a replacement and change out the old one. However, this shows the importance of always making sure all the systems in place are operating as expected and to also pin point the issue quickly by making the controls as simple as possible.
