But after consulting with my pumpkin mentor Gary Vincent. He told me �John it�s up to you but you do have to be careful with internal rot traveling up the vine and into the pumpkin�. So after much back and forth in my mind I took the conservative approach and decided to have a look and see what the inside was doing. Sure enough it was rotting.
