DAP30 the 2356 is 668lbs and averaged 46lbs a day for the last 10days.
Really, last year was the key for what’s about to happen now.
This time last year we had pulled a plant for not pollinating.
We had two pumpkins that turned into very respectable beasts which left three more.
Out of these three two Werners were lost at way over WR pace. This left a big but but almost unnoticeable 1940 at 497inches which became the 2nd biggest pumpkin ever grown.
The bottom line is that we had 3 pumpkins out of 6 that had a chance off breaking the WR.
Conditions are the same this year but we have had a lot more sunny days this year.
