Mid September and my 1938 Pingrey is still moving along! Looks like this seed could be one of those seeds the Howard Dill guys go for. I’ve heard of some big ugly ones so you just never know when choosing genetics for heavy.
Big, bright and orange! It’s the longest fruit I’ve ever grown but surly not the biggest.
If this one makes it she’ll be going to Elk Grove. We had such a fun time up there last year!
